Brief: 15 houses including social housing

 

A tightly planned group of 15 houses were designed to maximise the potential of this challenging sloping site with dramatic views over St Ives and Carbis Bay. Split level plans and careful orientation ensured that as many houses as possible benefited from sea views. Modern yet sympathetic elevational treatment and use of local materials ensured that the scheme fitted naturally within its prominent location.
