Detailed Planning approval has recently been granted for 26 houses on a sensitive edge-of-village site in the Cotswolds AONB.

Proposals include a mix of 1 to 4 bedroom units (open-market and affordable) and an enhanced planting scheme to provide a more permanent green edge to the settlement.

The proposed dwellings are arranged around a series of courtyards with many of the plots arranged to achieve panoramic views over open countryside. Proposed elevations are composed of traditional materials with a contemporary design twist.
