A new 3 bed bungalow whose approval and construction was part of a more comprehensive Enabling Development application associated with the repair and conversion of a collection of Listed stone barns and a dutch barn in the village of Donnington.

 

The building was designed to replicate the form and character of an old byre that previously occupied the site.  Large oak posts and beams support the front elevation, behind which panels of silvery-grey oak boarding sit between large aluminium glazed doors.
