A modest post-war house set within a long and narrow plot has been replaced with a 4000 sq ft new dwelling.

The traditional design to the street elevation looks to incorporate some of the detailing and character typical of historic Broadway properties, whilst the rear opens up with large areas of terrace glazing and a contemporary pavilion structure which extends into the garden.  Contractor: Cotswold Oak.
