Conversion of grade 2 traditional Georgian farmhouse and outbuildings near Illmington, Warwickshire. Previous makeover was carefully re-worked for the current owners who wanted a more up to date feel for the internal floor plan layouts to respond to more modern living arrangements. Kitchen, utility and bathrooms were replaced and a number of en in-suites were added with structural remodelling where necessary.

 

Repair work included replacing timber beams and removing the bow from lath and plaster ceilings. Use of quality materials and hand crafted bespoke designs together with carefully selected finishes and fittings were a key factor to achieving the new feel and image. A restrained pallet of colours reflected the desire for a quiet background.
