Our proposals deliver a comprehensive renovation of the Tea Rooms and the adjoining Post Office, preserving their distinct roles while reconnecting them through an historic opening. This creates two interlinked community spaces where visitors can enjoy seamless access between both buildings.

The works include restoring the rear terrace to provide an immersive outdoor experience, improving accessibility, and safeguarding the character of the listed building. A new single-storey extension behind the Post Office will house staff and facilities, reducing pressure on historic interiors and enhancing the overall setting.

Externally, a landscaped garden and a discreet pergola will complete the transformation, offering a welcoming environment for locals and visitors alike.
