Located in the centre of a Cotswold market town, this project involved working within an historic conservation area. Situated on the Fosseway the scheme incorporates apartments, retirement cottages and a barn conversion. Apartments face on to the High Street and the cottages are grouped around a landscaped courtyard. Dwellings are constructed of natural coursed Cotswold stone with natural slate and tile roofs. The scheme also incorporates a small indoor swimming pool for the residents.
