27 new dwellings close to the centre of the Fairford conservation area.

 

A mixture of cottage and townhouse-style retirement dwellings were designed to create meandering streetscenes, connected with individually landscaped courtyard spaces.

 

The “lodge house” with its distinctive roof-form is located at the entrance to the site and a widened grass verge runs through the centre of the development.
